Shipping policy

Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery to US addresses takes 5-12 business days after dispatch. Our products ship from partner fulfilment warehouses, and a small number of items ship internationally, which can add a few days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, email support@pawaisle.com and we will investigate.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delayed orders

If we cannot dispatch your order within 30 days of purchase, we will contact you and offer either a revised date or a full refund, at your choice.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you cover the reshipping cost, or refund the item.

Lost or stolen parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the parcel, contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
