Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their limitations. Product photos are supplied by our manufacturing partners and are intended to represent the item fairly, but slight variations in colour and finish can occur between batches.

Our products are pet care and grooming tools. They are not veterinary devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition in an animal. If your pet has a skin condition, injury, or health concern, speak to a veterinarian.

Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we'll contact you before charging you — you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Safe use

Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Never leave a pet unattended with a powered grooming tool, and stop use immediately if your pet shows distress or if the product overheats or malfunctions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your content

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you give us permission to display it on the site. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
