We answer emails Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or public holiday are picked up the next business day.

What to include

If you're writing about an existing order, include your order number — it's in your confirmation email and it saves us both a round trip. If something arrived damaged, attach photos and we can usually resolve it in one reply.
